Description of Fire Clay Bricks
Fire Clay Bricks with clay as the main raw material, after mixing into plasticity, by mechanical extrusion molding. Extruded clods called brick, dried back into the kiln, the temperature at 900 - 1000℃ under calcining brick.
Refractory clay brick Al2O3 30%~48%, SiO2 50%~65%, refractoriness is greater than 1580℃ . Refractory clay brick in addition also contains a small amount of Fe2O3, FiO2 and other small metal.
